Making people wait 20 days for a replacement if it’s lost or damaged during shipping is terrible.

Seen this happen before with cheap shipping methods that utilize multiple methods of shipment and overly convoluted shipping methods with tons of random stops. Much to my surprise and disappointment, my friend has already received their package, while my order status has been stuck on “Awaiting Dispatch by Warehouse” for two weeks now.This situation feels like a joke.

- Chased three times with only one curt response.
- 4 weeks later I had still heard nothing so I cancelled my order and was told I would be refunded within 10 days.
- I bought a shirt that didn’t fit nor suit when it arrived.

Shipment takes a little long but I have received the goods and I like the product a lot! This is a russian company and i believe that’s explaining all. Useless company, don’t ever order a FLipper !!!!! Now communication is not possible anymore with support. I am yet to receive a refund for an order they couldn’t fulfill. It seems a few of their customers are having the same issue I am. I love the pillows I got, they are gorgeous and great quality. Pillows overall feel like really good quality. It arrived sooner than promised even though it was a few days before Christmas.
While we don’t verify specific claims because reviewers’ opinions are their own, we may label reviews as “Verified” when we can confirm a business interaction took place. And very shortsighted because as a mum of 3 boys I am sure I would have purchased more shirts from them. I requested a refund and 50% was offered. Looking at their website it simply stated returns needed to be approved and within 15 days of receipt.
